Dear Friends,

Can you believe that Thursday night was Week #9? Time flies when you are having fun. At the end of the evening Bill Margerum complimented everyone on their great dancing. I will second what he said. Every week you dance with more confidence. The dancing gets smoother too.

One of the things that we talked about was Swing. Remember to stand up straight when you are swinging. Remember to walk forward. Everyone walks forward around each other.

I hope you are planning to go to the Happy Hoppers dance on Saturday, November 19. Thursday night we will see who all is going. Maybe we can arrange a carpool or two or three.

The Happy Hopper dance is a Samena club caravan. What that means is that many of the club members will go. We wear outfits in the same colors so that everyone knows we are in the same club. The colors we are going to wear Saturday are red and black. Most of us will have black skirts or pants on and red tops. The theme of the dance is Black and White so you are always welcome to wear black and white too. Or you can actually wear what you want. You will have to pay for this dance. I believe the suggested entrance fee is $7 per person. I will double check on that before Thursday night.

Have a great week!
Happy dancing,
